The Allied Router is not sold by Allied to the Subscriber. The Allied shall at all times remain the exclusive property of Allied.
Subscriber is not authorised to sell, transfer, lease, encumber, pledge, assign or otherwise deal with all or part of the Router which is his/her possession. Subscriber undertakes to use the Router strictly in accordance with the Manual for use prodded along with the Router. Any damage caused due to non-adherence to instructions will be at the sole responsibility of the subscriber. In the eventuality of expiration or termination of the subject subscriber account with Allied for any reason whatsoever Subscriber undertakes to retum the Allied to Allied in full working condition.
Subscriber authorizes Allied to retrieve Allied Router from Subscriber's premises. If the Subscriber moves/relocates during the term of service, subscriber shall return Allied Router to Allied forthwith.
